To be considered, all applications will be accepted in the order received and must be accompanied by a deposit/administrative fee of $275. Once your application is accepted, we will forward you additional information, including roommate selection forms and final rental agreements. In the event College Suites is full, we will contact you. At that time, you may elect to be on a waiting list, or request that your deposit be returned.
